Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-returnable items: Used cosmetics, opened healthcare products, and items damaged by misuse cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
